Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days if you reside within the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses may require additional time. We have 4 distribution centers throughout the United states – in Pennsylvania, Texas, Illinois, and California. This generally allows for 2-day shipping to about 90% of continental US addresses. Your order will ship from the closest center to minimize shipping time. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be processed the same day.
Due to current circumstances with additional strain on shipping providers during the COVID-19 pandemic, some shipping times may be extended. We will continue to do everything within our abilities to get your order in your hands as soon as possible, and will keep you updated regarding estimated shipping arrival times.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery of your order.
You may change your shipping address any time in My Account. If you are trying to change the shipping address of an order you placed, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to get it updated before the order is processed.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, and it will also appear in My Account with your order.
